Once upon a time we went on a photo tour, met some amazing couples, and made some pretty portraits, AND THEN WE NEVER SHARED THEM. Imagine we’re breaking these gems out of the Disney Vault — the TWF Vault.
Ages ago in the month of July we journeyed to the pacific northwest. We camped in beautiful places, ate a whole lot of donuts, visited friends and photographed 11 amazing couples. We filled our black Saturn Vue to the brim (and then some) and towed along my (Mariah’s) cousin Stuart. He assisted us on our many photo shoots and ensured there was never a dull moment… songs about Theodore Roosevelt and Johnny Appleseed were written and sung, uncomfortable inside jokes were created, and over 6,000 miles were driven. It was exhausting, exhilarating and beautiful, and we can’t wait to do it again!
Here are photos from Tali and Justin’s engagement session in Patrick’s Point State Park. Easily one of our favorite photos sessions ever since I’m definitely a ‘by sea’ kind of gal. Patrick’s Point has all the best things: lush forest, colorful wildflowers, and craggy, wave-smashing rocks — all seated by the stunning Pacific Ocean.
