A Different Kind of Bakery

We’re a little different than the normal Des Moines bakery. Our focus is providing smaller wedding parties (up to 150 guests) with upscale desserts. We use the best and freshest ingredients, and you can seriously taste the difference. We also deliver tasting samples directly to you (and it’s not just a small sample!). You’ll have enough to try it right away and save some for later. Sharing with family and friends is up to you. :)

After many years of working in bakeries, Leslie has honed in on the best techniques toward making fresh, elegant, and simple desserts. Adding dessert services to our offerings is a natural extension of our talents here at The Wedding Format.

Not only can we provide you with delicious cakes and a plethora of other desserts, we can set you up with cake stands and props to create a detailed and well-styled dessert table.
